This isn’t exactly a video that shows a DUI, but it does show a lawyer that may have drove to court drunk. The end result of the apparently intoxicated attorney’s choices is a mistrial.
This is part 1 of a 4 part series. In this episode, the Las Vegas lawyer that is accused of being drunk states that he was involved in a hit and run. Without giving away the whole story, let’s just say that his story changes quite a few times. The judge isn’t happy about a drunk lawyer in her court, and she asks the parties to retire to her chambers to discuss the situation.
