Default Can My License Suspension Be Terminated Early?

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

My ohio driver's license was suspended for "a definite period of three years" by the judge for a dui accident case. I have done a year and half of the suspension.

My question is- Is the judge legally allowed to modify the sentence to give me back full driving priviledges?

The reason I ask is because the definite period is supposed to be between 2-10 years (4510.02(A)(2) http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4510.02

However 4510.13 shows Restrictions on suspending suspension periods or granting limited driving privileges http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4510.13. I believe my case falls under 4510.13(A)(2)(a)

The charge was "aggravated vehicular assault" due to a pre-existing condition of the other driver. Thank you in advance for your answers
