DUII Charge In Oregon

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon

I went to a bar where my friend works to say hi. Upon arrival I saw more people I know that wanted me to stay for drinks. I had two drinks and a shot and asked the bartender to call me a cab. I went to move my car under a light in the parking lot. I startedto back out of my spot onthe propertywhen the police officer came flying up behing me. I tied to get out of his way quickly and put my car into a parking spot. I asked why he pullled me over. He said I almost hit him backing up. he asked me to do a field soberity test and I asked him if he wanted me to take off my four inch heels. He then started saying " so your refusing" I told him I had a cab coming and he went into the bar and came out and said thatthe bartenders didn't say I asked for one. Just then the cab showed up. He arrested me and took me to the station. He were out in the car waiting for other people to get intaked. We were talking and he left the station and begun driving making an insinuation of sexual favors. When I said no hewent to the other police station and said he had to go to the bathroom. We then went back to the other police station and I was finger printed. I had recieved a DUI in Arizona about 4 years prior so this is serious for me. What should I do? It took over two hours for me to get breathalized I then blew a .18.

Do I have a defense? What will oregon do if I don't show up for my arrainment?
