DUI In Illinois

My question is about the DUI/criminal laws in IL.

I got pulled over for a DUI in IL with a license from AZ. about 5 years ago i was convicted of 2 older DWI charges. Along with those 2 i had 3 additional DUI's from 2 other states with licenses from those states. I know this sounds really bad, and I'm not very proud of all this, but I need to ask someone for help.

My question is, how far back and how will il check my history? I think the secretary of state is considering this my first offense based on the letter they sent me but what about the prosecutor, is this considered my 3rd or 6th or what? Also, when they go back 5 years, are they looking at conviction date or arrest date?

Any help that you could give me would be nice. In truly appreciate it guys.

I think that this will be counted as your first DUI. If the other drinking and driving arrests were in other states, this should count as your first in your state. I think.

This is your first arrest for a DWI in your state. Right?
