Default Open Intox
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

I received an open intox and didn't pay the fine. i have a warrant for my arrest and want to pay the fine. what should I expext from the judge?

Is this an open container law thing? Never heard of it called "open intox".

I had an open arrest warrant for not paying speeding tickets years ago. I just went to the court, paid the fine at the booth, and went about my merry way. It really wasn't a big deal for me. I didn't need a lawyer or anything.
