Default Charged With DUI And Was Not Driving
I want to ask a question about the criminal laws and DWI laws in Florida, which is where I live.

I need to know what to do about a DUI/DWI I received and I was not driving!!! Someone else was driving. I was the passenger. I know this sounds nuts, but I swear it's the truth.

I have never been caught for drinking and driving. I have no other issues on a criminal record. I'm a good guy, and I was just wrapped up in a bad situation that was totally not my fault.

Questions:

1- Did the real driver admit that he was driving when the cops gave the DUI?
2- Why were you ticketed for drinking and driving?
3- What state do you live in? The DUI laws vary from state to state.
4- Have you contacted a DWI lawyer yet?

Let us know these and maybe someone can shed some light on this drinking and driving case for you.
