DUI And Unregistered Vehicle In Pennsylvania

My problem is a DUI/DWI in Pennsylvania. help please!

The real speeder car that had pulled over along with my son for he just thought she was going to an emergency ! this officer had motioned to leave as she was pulling over which was the car that was speeding she had been going so fast that she had almost hit my son in the rear but any ways the real speeder she let go !Then she walked up to my My son car !My on and by stander witnessed this speeding woman hitting her dash board and steering wheel and all along with heard her cursing very loudly she had knew she was in the wrong evidently ! but she motioned for her to leave any way !
BY THE WAY MY SON CALLED me on the cell phone and explained he was getting pulled over because cop was walking up to his car after allowing the other to go ! and the above incident and the car was not legal ! we only live about 1 mile away ! he was scared he had been crying already when we came on scene ! he was never arrested for any thing other than a speeding violation before !

OK my son was pulled over 9/27/08 THE VEHICLE BELONGED TO HIM AND HIS WIFE REG, INS , INSPECTION HAD RUN OUT THE END OF AUG . he was asked to step out of the car and searched by a female officer with no other present but a by stander that video this ! FEMALE DOING WHAT SHE CALLED A PAT SEARCH WHEN SHE GOT IN HIS POCKETS AND PULLED OUT SOME OF THESE PILLS in a baggie !

over 6 months later !
OFFICER IS CHARGING HIM WITH

S 75 3802 D2 DUI CONT SUBS - IMP ABILITY - 1ST OFF
S 75 3362 A1 -28 EXCEED 35 MPH IN URBAN DIST 28 MPH
CR -0000097-08 S 75 1301 SSA DR UNREGISTERED VEHICLE



affidavit of probable cause states 9/31/07 she swears to 4/2/08
filed 3/31/08 dated signed 3/30/08 criminal complaint
he has never heard any thing til this week 4/3/08 that charges were filed in mag office 3/30:confused:/08

1 for one what is the statue of limitations on this ? rights read but never told what for ! no paper work given to him !as to what charges ! just copy of a paper consent for testing !
2 .Isn't it illegal for a female officer to do a search of male especially with no other officer present ?
3 .Also my husband and I arrived right after her other officer arrived on scene and
4 . do the police have to read some one there rights when hand cuff them and place them in their vehicle or are they allowed to wait and let them out of car still cuffed and then 1/2 later place in car again an read rights after the second time placed in car ? that does not sound professional but this is what she did ?
I tried to explain that my son even thou he was 24 and was married that he was considered a disabled child and that they needed to handle things different with him he is A.D.D. with sleep apnea and he has irritable bowel syndrome with chronic colitis , (? possible chrones disease) ! he has also had impulse control disorder ! also he had in the past attempted suicide ! he is on SSI since teen ager ! also possible bipolar !
We also tried to explain that his wife had just recently left him for a dike woman relationship ! so mentally he was not to stable was a mess of confusion for him !
officer refused to hear me out got smart mouthed about this situation and she would not allow my husband or
I to go with him when she read him his rights said he was under arrest but never gave him any information of any charges then at all of what he was being arrested for !
NO paper work except a paper of consent that he signed for a search of the car ! at the scene ! we were not allowed to peak to him by her telling us to stay over on the other i'd of the road in the peoples yard !
was transported to a facility tested for drugs they are saying tests results 2000ng/ml morphine he says he never took this he had taken some (perks) he did admit during her questioning by himself that he had snorted some of these things !
oh 1 more thing they did discuss some what about the speeding because my son asked the officer why she was arresting him for speeding when th e woman behind him that she let go was the one speeding and she told him that she knew colors of cars and he said what would that mean any difference when she was looking down on her lap as appeared she was writing some thing down , he was passing because he was watching her ,because he knew she was sitting there he had went past the other direction a short time before that and he was worried at that time when passing because he was going 36 to 37 mile an hour in 35 mile zone !

he also had some of these in his pocket 18 (something they called perks) and 4 pills that have to this day not verified a to what they were was found on the floor of the car ! westward 787 on the blue tablets !

believe me I do not believe in illegal drug use and when I asked him why he said mom you know I hurt all the time from my bowel problems are least I don't hurt and I do not have the diarehia all the time when I take pain pill I can say that i have witnessed my son falling over clear to the ground with pain before !
and lately I just have not give a damn and he had informed me of a month earlier he had tried to OD and that this did not work ! he said why did he wake up !
can any one give some advice or direct me to where to look up info to help defend him ! ?
