Lightbulb Can I Get DUI Expunged From Record In Florida?
This question deals with the criminal laws in Florida.

I was arrested for drinking and driving in Florida back in 1995. So, it's been about 13 years and my DUI is still on my "rap sheet". Is it possible to have the DUI expunged from my criminal record in Florida?

I just want this DWI taken off my record. It's been bothering me for years now.

If I can remove the charge from my rap sheet, how do I do it? Do I need to hire a DWI defense attorney, or is there an easy way to accomplish this?
