Default Out Of State DUI
I am an Arkansas resident and recently plead guilty and was sentenced of my first OWI in Michigan a few months ago. I have since paid all fines and plan on completing the community service and drunk driving courses assigned to me. Michigan has also suspended my license for a month and I have a restricted license for the next 6 months.

I have 2 questions:

1. Now that I've moved back to Arkansas for the summer can I be sentenced a second time (more community service, classes, etc...) in Arkansas?

2. Are the restrictions on my license only relevant in Michigan (where I was sentenced) or should I not be driving in Arkansas or anywhere else?
