A DUI charge is a criminal prosecution, and the legal system will not let you slip through the cracks. The sooner you realize that this drunk driving charge needs to be faced head on, the better. I would much rather scare you into reality than to watch you doing nothing.
Should you avoid hiring any DUI defense lawyers? You are your own person, so do whatever you want to do. Speaking for myself, I would NEVER fail to hire the very best DWI defense attorneys that I could find and afford! We’re not talking about a silly trespassing charge here. States no longer”play around” with drunk driving arrests. There was a time when I might have said that it is a waste to hire an attorney for this, but those days are gone.
Can a DWI attorney really do anything? A highly experienced DUI defense lawyer can do so much for you. If he is an aggressive drunk driving defense lawyer, he will attack every piece of evidence that the state has. He may know the prosecutor and the local court system better than his own family, and that by itself is worth its weight in gold. Since you are facing the possibilities of jail time and the loss of your driver’s license, I would not hesitate to find the legal help I need for my first DUI arrest.

Wow. This article helps me to. I panicked a lot!!!!! I was so scared that I wanted to run away. I thought my wife was going to divorce me. She was actually way cooler than I thought she would be. One dui is enough for me!
